Fresnel vs lenticular UST screens
Fresnel and lenticular screens can both improve a UST image in ambient light, but they solve the problem with different optical structures. The choice usually comes down to where light is coming from and how wide your audience sits.

Choose Fresnel around the primary seat
If the best seat matters most and room light is difficult to control, Fresnel's directionality can be an advantage rather than a drawback.
Choose lenticular around the whole sofa
If several people watch from spread-out positions, a lower-gain but wider-angle lenticular surface may deliver more consistent brightness across the group.
