120-inch projector screen dimensions and room planning
A 120-inch 16:9 image is about 104.6 inches wide and 58.8 inches high. The physical frame will be larger, and a UST projector adds its own console depth, height and offset requirements.

Do not choose viewing distance from one universal number
Comfort depends on visual acuity, content, resolution and personal preference. Instead of treating one distance as mandatory, tape the 120-inch outline on the wall and preview several seating positions before drilling into the frame.
A common mistake is to solve only for screen size and forget eye height. If the screen is mounted too high because the UST console needs clearance, a technically correct 120-inch image can still be uncomfortable.
UST-specific room checklist
- Confirm the projector's required lens-to-screen and chassis-to-wall distances for a 120-inch image.
- Confirm the screen's full outside-frame dimensions, not only active image area.
- Make sure the console is deep and stable enough for the required throw geometry.
- Plan cable routing before final frame placement.
- Check that the bottom edge does not force the center of the image above a comfortable eye line.
